    • AI Customer Support Assistant creates efficient interactions with your clients by allowing the AI assistant to answer clients queries on tax related matters, eliminating tedious back-and-forth email chains

  • How do I grant access to the AI Customer Support Assistant for my client?
    • You can grant your client access to the AI Customer Support Assistant by selecting Clients in the sidebar menu, then at the top right of the Clients page select Invite Client for Client Support Tool. From this menu you can enter in your clients one at a time or upload them as a CSV and click the Add button and Submit button to invite them.

  • What types of questions can it answer for my client?
    • AI Customer Support Assistant can answer detailed tax related questions using up-to-date tax code information. 

  • Can I view my clients’ questions to the AI Customer Support Assistant?
    • Yes, you can view you clients chat history with the AI Customer Support Assistant by selecting Client Chat History from the sidebar menu then selecting View Client Chat from the Actions column for the specific client you wish to view.

  • Can I provide further clarification on a question my client asks the AI Customer Support Assistant?
    • If you wish to provide further information on a topic your client asked the Customer Support Assistant you can select Email Client from the bottom of the clients chat history. 

  • How can I change the profile image of the AI Customer Support Assistant?
    • You can change the profile image of the AI Customer Support Assistant by selecting Firm Settings from the sidebar menu, then select Branding from the left menu, select Edit Branding, then select either one of the premade Assistant avatars or upload an image of your own.
