HIVE Tax AI Security

Your data security is important to us.

Trusted by

Security and Trust are fundamental to the services we provide and Hive Tax AI is committed to ensuring that our product and processes employ enterprise-grade best practices to keep your data safe.

Data Privacy

Our suite of AI tools, inclusive of Tax Research and Tax Planning has been designed with a strong emphasis on privacy and security. These tools do not require users to input any Personally Identifiable Information (PII). We actively remind users to avoid entering any PII in their requests or prompts. For our Tax Return Analysis tool, we maintain a strict no-storage policy. Uploaded tax return files are used solely for processing by the AI model. These files are automatically auto-redacted of PII, and securely deleted immediately after processing.

Data Access Control

Only authorized personnel and systems within your company have access to the encrypted data, and access is strictly controlled and audited.

Regular Security Audits

We conduct regular security checks and vulnerability assessments to find and fix any potential security gaps before they become a problem.

Data Encryption

All communication between your device and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS.

Encryption in Transit: Data moving between servers, our data store and servers is also encrypted using secure protocols like TLS (Transport Layer Security).

Encryption at Rest: When data is stored on our servers, it’s encrypted using advanced algorithms (AES-256).

Customer Data Protection

We take customer privacy and data security seriously. Your data — including all prompts, inputs, and outputs — is never used for training our models. All interactions with our AI tools remain confidential and are processed securely. We do not store or access customer data beyond what is necessary to deliver our services, and we never share your information with third parties without your explicit consent.
